Leo Naomi Baur
(they/them) arbeitet in Berlin als Choreograf*in, Videokünstler*in und Access Dramaturg*in. Leo ist trans* nicht binär und chronisch krank. Anfangs ohne formelle Ausbildung, wirkte Leo seit 2017 in zahlreichen Produktionen und künstlerischen Forschungsprojekten. Inzwischen absolvierte they den M.A. Performing Public Space an der FONTYS (Tilburg, NL) sowie den maChoreografie am HZT Berlin. They ist Mitbegründer*in des Netzwerks für Tanz und Aktivismus

. Künstlerisch forscht Leo im Bereich der
Aesthetics of Access
mit Schwerpunkt auf Relaxed Performance und Zugang für chronisch krankes bzw. von chronischen Schmerzen betroffenes Publikum. Politisch setzt sich Leo für mehr psychische, körperliche und soziale Nachhaltigkeit in Produktionsstrukturen ein. Bis März 2025 war Leo strategische Co-Projektleitung von Making a Difference und ist derzeit freiberufliche*r Mitarbeitende*r im Team der Einstein Profil Professur von Claire Cunningham am HZT Berlin.

Aesthetics of Access
, with an emphasis on relaxed performance and access for audiences with chronic illness or chronic pain. Politically, Leo advocates for more mental, physical and social sustainability in production structures. Until March 2025, Leo was strategic co-project manager of Making a Difference and is currently a freelance collaborator in Claire Cunningham's Einstein strategic professorship team at HZT Berlin.
