With a love of (performing) art, and a beating heart for a fairer world, I contribute to projects that question and stretch our definition of what is considered "normal”. I am co-founder and artistic director of What You See Festival; an international and multidisciplinary festival on gender and identity. I am a forceful freelance artistic ally and dance dramaturge for, among others, Silvia Gribaudi (IT) and Liat Waybort (NL). As a certified confidential counselor I'm specialized in creating safer working environments and in embedding multiple voices and perspectives in organizations. I am an all-rounder with a strong artistic intuition and implement the values my projects exemplify behind the scenes; connection, dialogue, embracing the not knowing and focus on shared growth.
