Part of the team of directors at Tanzfabrik since 2022 with the focus on Finances/ Controlling. Since 2025 member of the Council for the Arts Berlin. Has worked 15 year as independent producer in the field of dance and performance in Berlin and internationally. Co-initiator of Backbone Berlin, a platform focusing on sustainable artistic practice and co-running the project space Fortuna. Board member of Zeitgenössischer Tanz Berlin e.V. 2017-2021, actively supporting several processes to improve funding and working conditions in the Berlin dance scene.
