Selina Glockner ist freischaffende Choreografin und Performerin. Sie erhielt ihren Bachelor of Arts an der Rambert School for Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London und ihren MA in Kulturvermittlung an der Universität Hildesheim. In ihrer Arbeit vereint sie künstlerische, und kulturwissenschaftliche Perspektiven. Sie initiiert und realisiert interdisziplinäre zeitgenössische Performances an der Schnittstelle von Tanz und Objekttheater und ist Mitbegründerin des Netzwerks Tools for Friction zur Vernetzung der Bereiche Choreografie, Dramaturgie und Produktion mit Sitz in den Uferstudios Berlin. Außerdem ist sie Teil des Leitungsteams von TANZKOOP einer Kooperative zur nachhaltigen Stärkung von Produktionsstrukturen für die freie Tanzszene. Seit 2023 kooperiert sie außerdem mit Christina Ciupke als Produktionsdramaturgin. Sie lebt und arbeitet in Berlin.

Selina Glockner is a freelance choreographer and performer. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the Rambert School for Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London and her MA in Cultural Mediation from the University of Hildesheim. In her work she combines artistic, and cultural studies perspectives. She initiates and realizes interdisciplinary contemporary performances at the interface of dance and object theater and is co-founder of the network Tools for Friction for networking the fields of choreography, dramaturgy and production, based at the Uferstudios Berlin. She is also part of the core team of TANZKOOP a cooperative for the sustainable strengthening of working structures for the independent dance scene. Since 2023 she also cooperates with Christina Ciupke as creative producer. She lives and works in Berlin.
